Tax Haven was founded by Brittany Gradisek with a simple belief: managing your books, payroll, and taxes shouldn't feel intimidating or overwhelming.

As an Enrolled Agent, Brittany understands that behind every set of numbers is a person, a family, or a business owner working hard to build something that matters. 

Brittany created Tax Haven to provide that kind of support to business owners and individuals. Her approach is centered on making financial processes easier to understand, more organized, and far less stressful.

Brittany holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from Hiram University. She brings over 13 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation, including five years in General Ledger Accounting at U.S. Steel and eight years managing payroll, bookkeeping, and tax services at Ken-Mar Tax.

 Christy brings a unique blend of accounting expertise and a heart for serving others. 

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from LeTourneau University and began her career as an Account Analyst at U.S. Steel, where she worked alongside Brittany and helped implement the company's Oracle accounting system.

After four years as a House Parent at Milton Hershey School, Christy returned to the accounting profession, joining Ken-Mar Tax in 2020 before becoming part of the Tax Haven team.

Today, she specializes in bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, CAT tax filings, and 1099 reporting. With a strong background in accounting systems and financial operations, Christy is a trusted resource for our clients and an invaluable member of the Tax Haven team.

 Erica is often the first friendly face our clients interact with at Tax Haven, and her caring personality shines through in every conversation.

 Erica's career has taken her from U.S. Steel to dental assisting school and eventually into the tax industry, where she found a career that allowed her to balance meaningful work with raising her family before joining the Tax Haven team.  

Today, Erica serves as our Office Assistant, providing client support, managing data entry, and handling countless behind-the-scenes details that help keep our office running smoothly.

What truly sets Erica apart is her heart for people. She has a remarkable ability to make clients feel welcomed, valued, and at ease from their very first interaction. Whether she's answering questions, organizing important information, or lending a helping hand wherever it's needed, she approaches every task with patience, kindness, and genuine care.
